I can always use a deep breath, a rub on the back, or a headstand.
Life is pretty intense for me right now. Demanding. Challenging. It's beautiful. I am so fortunate to be where I am in the time I am in. I pause for a moment every day and thank God and the good forces that be for one more day of school. I mean that in the literal sense, in my nursing program; and in the grander scheme, here on this dusty old playing field. Really.

It's my Sisyphean Challenge.
Why do this to myself?… The love of life and the pursuit of perfection. I've never finished anything extremely regimented in my life. This will be a first. My ability to unwind, then refocus is incredibly important. I enjoy making small positive changes in the lives of people I encounter and those I already know. I'm here to save the world and take care of people.

Realizing my dreams and accomplishing my goals, taking baby steps and stumbles, I learn to appreciate my potential. There's nothing I can't do in time. I have a habit of taking the scenic route. I think it's gorgeous and lovely and embraceable. I will never give up learning. I believe discontentment in this area, is perhaps, forgiveable; maybe, admirable. It reminds me of a poem I wrote in the third grade. I have to find that thing. I almost have it memorized, but not entirely. I'll post it when I come across it again.

I am so excited to know that hard work will afford me the geographic mobility and freedom to discover more of this world and it's people, and of myself, in effect.
